Eligibility

To be eligible for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline recognized by a statutory university, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category candidates as per government norms).
  2. Entrance Exam: Candidates must have a valid score in any of the following national-level management entrance examinations: CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT / ATMA.
  3. Work Experience (Optional): While not mandatory, relevant managerial or professional experience is considered an added advantage.
  4. English Proficiency: Candidates should have proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to successfully engage in the program.

The program is open to graduates from diverse academic backgrounds to foster cross-disciplinary learning and a holistic business perspective.

Admission Process

The selection process for PGDM is designed to identify candidates with academic aptitude, leadership potential, and managerial competence.

Step-wise Admission Process:

  1. Online Application Submission: Fill in the application form on the institute website with accurate academic, personal, and contact details.
  2. Entrance Exam Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on valid entrance exam scores (CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT / ATMA).
  3. Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates are invited for a structured Group Discussion to assess analytical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork.
  4. Personal Interview (PI): Final selection is based on performance in a Personal Interview conducted by a panel of faculty and industry experts.
  5. Final Merit List & Admission Offer: The merit list is prepared by combining the entrance exam score, GD, PI, and academic performance. Selected candidates receive an official admission offer letter.
  6. Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment: Candidates confirm admission by paying the prescribed fees before the specified deadline.

4. Pay the non-refundable application fee via online payment gateway.

5. Submit the form and download the confirmation receipt for future reference.
